Book direct with Pan Am using your IATA or ARC number, or through a partner channel you already belong to. Every step is in the toolkit.
Always. Your client is your client. We support the sale and the journey, and the relationship remains yours.
Commission starts at 10% for every advisor. Once you sell ten seats you move to Premium at 12% with a $500 per-seat booking bonus, and after twenty-five seats you reach Elite at 12% with a $1,000 per-seat bonus plus client extras and event invitations. It is paid on confirmed bookings.
Yes. Every sell sheet is co-brandable with your name, agency, and logo, so your clients see you as the source.
Yes, subject to allocation. Premium and Elite partners receive priority space and held allocation.
Program Membership
Travel advisors join the Pan Am Journeys advisor program automatically when they sell seats on a Pan Am Journeys departure. No application is required. Membership gives each advisor a record with Pan Am Journeys. That record is how we attribute bookings to the advisor, measure the number of seats sold over time, and calculate and pay commissions. The program is open to registered travel professionals.
Commissions and Earnings
Commission figures and estimator results shown here are examples for illustration. They are not a promise of earnings. Commissions are tracked and paid through your advisor membership. Commission rates, structure, and payout terms can change at any time. Reasons include market conditions, supplier terms, currency movements, and changes to the program. Actual rates, eligibility, and payment timing follow your advisor agreement with Pan Am Journeys. Commissions are earned on completed travel that has been paid in full. Amounts can vary by journey and by supplier. Commissions may be adjusted or withheld on cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks.
Pricing and Availability
Journeys, itineraries, inclusions, dates, and fares are subject to availability. They can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Every booking is governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers.
Our Role
Pan Am Journeys arranges travel that is provided by independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and ground operators. Pan Am Journeys acts as an intermediary for these suppliers. It does not own or operate their services. It is not responsible for their acts or omissions. We recommend that every traveler carry travel protection.
